Solution Design, Design secure integrations between ServiceNow and HCM systems like Workday. implementation of Now Assist (Generative AI), AI Search
Core Configuration: Build and maintain HR Services, Templates, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.
Workflow Engineering: Configure complex Lifecycle Events (Activity Sets and Activities) and Flow Designer workflows.
Portal Development: Customize the Employee Center using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Widget development.
Case Management: Implement Agent Workspace, HR Criteria, and automated assignment rules.
