We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our users and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary product owner for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the HRSD capabilities and deliver new features.
Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and maintain an organized product backlog.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile practices are followed.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the HRSD solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in product ownership or management, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform functionalities and HR Service Delivery modules.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
Ability to analyze data and user feedback to drive product improvements.
Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and prioritization techniques.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is a plus.
