Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure and enhance the ServiceNow HRSD module including Employee Service Center, Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create user stories, test cases, and process flows.
  • Participate in UAT and training initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module (at least 2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform, scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HRSD).
  • Experience working with Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM or CSM.
  • Understanding of Data Privacy & Compliance in HR systems.
