Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop OOTB and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform

• Architect and implement HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Onboarding, HR Taxonomy, and Employee Center

• Develop and maintain HR processes and workflows on ServiceNow

• Build and customize Service Portal components including widgets and UI elements

• Develop custom widgets using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

• Implement ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services

• Work on Now Mobile App development and enhancements

• Perform cross-browser testing and ensure application compatibility and performance

• Document new and existing system processes, configurations, and workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Support production systems and resolve issues with strong debugging and analytical skills

• Participate in agile development processes (SCRUM) and sprint ceremonies

• Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and architecture
