Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultants with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, gathering business requirements, configuring HRSD applications, driving end-to-end implementations, and ensuring seamless employee service delivery experiences.

Key Skills Required

ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Configuration and Administration

Employee Center / Employee Service Center Implementation

HR Case Management and HR Knowledge Management

Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Transitions)

Service Catalog and Workflow Development

Integration with ServiceNow ITSM and other enterprise applications

Experience in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Notifications

End-to-End ServiceNow HRSD Implementation/Rollout Experience (Mandatory)

HR Service Automation and Process Optimization

Strong understanding of HR operations and employee experience solutions
