Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configure HRSD modules including Employee Document Management (EDM), retention rules, access and visibility, lifecycle events, journeys, employee relations, cases, involved parties, interviews, and evidence
Manage access management, role and group creation, manual access assignment
Configure and support AWA (Live Agent/Virtual Agent), interactions, HR topics, conversation flows, and scripting
Provide advanced dashboard support, database views, and interactive filtering
Support integrations using REST API
Manage HRSD case management, workflow designer, ACLs, record producers, and HR service processes
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Recommend process improvements based on system capabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, reporting, and performance analytics
