Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Service Center to meet client requirements.
- Develop and implement workflows, forms, and UI configurations within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using standard protocols and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure proper implementation of ServiceNow functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
- Provide documentation, training, and support for ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Strong understanding of UI configuration, workflow design, and automation in ServiceNow.
- Experience with technologies such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SSO.
- Familiarity with integration standards and secure data exchange mechanisms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in client-facing and collaborative environments.
