This is a fully remote role for India-based candidates. We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to own platform strategy, solution design, and delivery governance across large, multi-module implementations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and solution design across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable platform designs: data model, CMDB strategy, tenancy, security, and high-availability patterns.
- Design and govern integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks and connectors (e.g., Jira, Azure AD, monitoring tools).
- Define development standards and delivery practices for Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines; perform architecture/code reviews.
- Produce architecture artifacts—technical design documents, sequence diagrams, runbooks, migration and cutover plans—and present to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor engineering teams, run design workshops, and enforce platform governance, performance tuning and observability best practices.
