ServiceNow HAM/SAM Architect

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HAM/SAM Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), customization, and JavaScript. The candidate should have hands-on technical experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing HAM/SAM solutions.

Experience: 5+ Years Relevant Experience

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM/SAM
• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience
• Strong ServiceNow customization experience
• Strong JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience with HAM/SAM architecture and solution design
• Experience developing and configuring custom ServiceNow solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow HAM Professional / SAM Professional
• Asset lifecycle management
• Hardware models, assets and CI relationships
• Software models, entitlements and license management
• Discovery and CMDB integration
• Contract and procurement integration
• ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP
• Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts and UI Policies
• Flow Designer / Integration Hub
• ServiceNow upgrades and customization remediation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable HAM/SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and manage customizations and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Design asset lifecycle, software entitlement and license management solutions.
• Ensure integration between HAM/SAM, CMDB, Discovery and other ServiceNow modules.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews.
• Follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Support implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting and platform upgrades.
