Job Description

Job Title        -  ServiceNow HAM PRO Developer

Experience    -    6– 10 Years  

Location        -   PAN India

Notice           -    Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

·        Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.

·        Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

·        Experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and integrations.

·        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·        Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.

·        Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·        Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.

·        Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices for asset management.

·        Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities, features, and enhancements.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.

·        Document technical designs, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
