Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM Developer to implement, enhance, and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on automating hardware asset lifecycle management, integrating asset repositories with CMDB, improving asset visibility, supporting audits, and driving operational excellence across enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM and ITAM modules. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes, and Catalog Items. Implement end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes. Manage asset reconciliation and inventory accuracy. Integrate HAM with CMDB and enterprise systems. Create dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.

Technical Skills

ServiceNow HAM Professional, ITSM, CMDB, Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST APIs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, SCCM, Intune, Flexera FNMS.

Process Knowledge

Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fulfillment, Configuration Management, Asset Management, ITIL Framework.

Certifications Preferred

CSA, CAD, ServiceNow HAM Professional, ITIL Foundation V4.
