Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
• Implement and support:
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Operational Risk Management

Configure Risk Registers, Controls, Indicators, Assessments, and Compliance Frameworks.

Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations within ServiceNow.

Design and implement automated risk and compliance monitoring processes.

Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for executive and operational stakeholders.

Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party systems and security tools.

Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.

Support platform upgrades and new feature adoption.
