Experience: 2 to 9 years (all levels open)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, specifically in the GRC/IRM module.
- Implement workflows, forms, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure best practices, performance, and maintainability of ServiceNow implementations.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing applications.
Requirements:
- 29 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of GRC/IRM modules.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
