5+ years of ServiceNow development experience is required, with 3+ years of GRC is strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of GRC processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a must.
ServiceNow CIS Risk and Compliance Certification is preferred.
Extensive hands on experience with client-side and server-side scripting, Flow designers, Integration hub, UI Builder, Notifications, Data sources, Integrations, Access control lists, Performance analytics.
Extensive hands on experience with update set migration, Instance upgrade, managing Store apps and Plugins.
Excellent Troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve ServiceNow issues
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate.
