Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GenAI Developer who can design and implement AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, Generative AI integrations, and workflow automation to enhance enterprise productivity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions within ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search)
• Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) like OpenAI / Azure OpenAI with ServiceNow
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Build intelligent workflows using Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
• Implement AI-driven chatbots and automation use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance for AI solutions
• Optimize and maintain AI models and workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development
• Hands-on with:
• Now Assist (GenAI)
• Virtual Agent
• AI Search
• Experience with REST APIs & IntegrationHub
• Knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI concepts
• Scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs
• Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
