Role & Expertise Requirements:

• Process Consulting: Lead ITSM/ITIL process assessment, design, re-engineering, and optimization (Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Service Management).
• Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or CSM.
• Solution Design & Delivery: Drive requirement gathering, functional solution design, and end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate client workshops, manage stakeholders, and lead pre-sales demonstrations and solution consulting.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee KPI definition, testing, documentation, training, and change management.
• Bonus: Active ServiceNow (CSA / CIS) and ITIL certifications.
