Position: ServiceNow FSO Technical Consultant

Experience: 6–8 Years

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO)

• CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certification

• FSO Banking Accreditation

• Experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and integrations

• Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services processes

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Support integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities
