We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSO Developer with 5+ years of experience. This role focuses on architecting end-to-end lending lifecycles across three distinct personas: internal Relationship Managers (RMs), authenticated Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and end customers who interact as unauthenticated public users. Because this platform processes highly sensitive data, a critical focus of this role is implementing strict Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data protection, data masking, and absolute audit compliance frameworks natively within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies

• Workflows & Playbooks: Design complex loan lifecycles using Process Automation Designer (PAD), Playbooks, and Flow Designer to enable dynamic, step-back exception handling (allowing files to revert to any previous stage).
• UI & Multi-Persona Architecture: Configure authenticated Configurable Workspaces for RMs and secure portals for DSAs, while deploying a public, unauthenticated Service Portal explicitly for guest end customers.
• PII & Data Security: Safeguard customer records and financial data using Access Control Lists (ACLs), Data Filtration, Edge Encryption, and Column Level Encryption Enterprise to securely mask and protect PII across all tiers.
• Audit & Compliance Feature Engineering: Implement Compliance Workspace, Audit Management, and Instance Security Center configurations to automatically log transaction histories, track data access logs, and generate regulatory compliance artifacts.
• Anonymous Access & External Intake: Build secure, public-facing Service Catalog structures and public Record Producers optimized for guest end customers who do not have system logins.
• Integrations & FSO Architecture: Connect to banking networks via IntegrationHub (REST/SOAP), and map multi-persona inputs cleanly into the FSO Core Data Model using advanced server-side Script Includes.
• AI & Quality Assurance: Deploy Document Intelligence and Now Assist (GenAI) for automated loan document screening, while validating strict compliance and loopback paths using the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
