Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) professional to join our team and support digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, and banking operations processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow FSO solutions to support banking and financial services operations.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, business rules, integrations, and reports.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Integrate ServiceNow with banking applications, core systems, and third-party platforms.

Support incident management, change management, customer onboarding, loan servicing, KYC, AML, and compliance-related workflows.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) modules and capabilities.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and Service Portal.

Experience working in banking, financial services, wealth management, lending, or capital markets environments.

Understanding of banking regulations, KYC, AML, customer onboarding, and financial operations processes.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and platform integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Banking Domain

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow FSO Implementation Specialist certification preferred.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
