We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Director / Sr. Director to lead our global ServiceNow Practice, drive enterprise transformation programs, and servicenow delivery, consulting, and business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in ServiceNow Delivery Lead, P&L Management, Service Delivery, and ServiceNow Platform Transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the ServiceNow Practice with ownership of revenue, margins, utilization, and growth strategy.
- Drive large enterprise transformation programs across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM, CSM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
- Lead strategic pursuits, solutioning, GTM initiatives, and executive-level customer engagements.
- Establish delivery leadgovernance, operational excellence, and scalable execution frameworks.
- Build Centers of Excellence (CoEs), reusable assets, and high-performing leadership teams.
- Partner with ServiceNow alliance teams to drive business growth and transformation outcomes.
Desired Experience
- 18+ years of IT experience with significant leadership experience in the ServiceNow Delivery
