Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow & Device Asset Management Specialist (HAM Pro) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integration, set up managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform and overseeing the lifecycle of our IT assets, ensuring efficient and effective asset management practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Administration:Configure, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
  • Asset Management:Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal via discovery configuration.
  • Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance asset management and ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Reporting:Generate and analyze reports related to asset management and ServiceNow performance.
  • Compliance:Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding asset management.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with IT, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless asset management processes.
  • Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration, HAM and IT asset management.
  • Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in ServiceNow and asset management tools.
  • Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Preferred Attributes:Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
