Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, with the ability to create custom solutions that enhance our IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow development activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Perform system upgrades and enhancements to optimize performance.

Skills and Qualifications

12-14 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
