Job Description

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
  • Strong expertise in ITSM and SPM modules
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps is desirable
  • ServiceNow Certified (CSA mandatory; CIS preferred)
  • Experience in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to customize forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
