ServiceNow Developer with AI

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer
• Experience developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements
• Working knowledge of the process for developing and supporting custom applications
• Experience with Service Portals, UI Builders, Workspaces, Playbooks, UI Component Development
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, Scripting, Workflows, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub
• Strong experience with JavaScript
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Build configuration dashboards, real-time agent activity views, and explainability surfaces that let users guide or supervise AI models.
• Experience in Agentic AI is must
