Job Position: ServiceNow Developer (CSM +ITOM)

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7 to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, CSM,

HRSD, and ITOM.

• Integrate and customize ServiceNow applications to enhance platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical

specifications.

• Utilize AI tools and applications effectively in day-to-day work to improve processes and solutions.

• Conduct hands-on coding and technical assessments during the interview process.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integration and customization.

• Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in ServiceNow.

• ServiceNow Developer Certification (administrative certifications alone are not sufficient).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).

• Prior experience in the Financial Services domain (not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
