Job Position: ServiceNow Developer (Service Portal + UI Builder + CSM)
Job Type: -Permanent
Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal solutions including custom widgets, themes, and pages
• Build modern UI experiences using UI Builder and Now Experience Framework
• Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop reusable components and ensure best practices in UI/UX design
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications via APIs
• Optimize portal performance and ensure responsiveness across devices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
Required Skills
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Service Portal (widgets, client scripts, server scripts)
o UI Builder / Now Experience Framework
o Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and scripting
Preferred Skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Next Experience Framework
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics / Reporting
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM preferred)
Good to Have
• Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations
• Exposure to UI/UX best practices
• Ability to mentor junior developers
