Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet client requirements.
- Implement workflows, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.
- Ensure best practices in platform configuration, development, and documentation.
- Provide support and training to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP API integration
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred
- Certifications like ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Performance Analytics
