A rapidly scaling enterprise technology consultancy operating across BFSI, Healthcare, and Public Sector clients, we deliver transformative ServiceNow implementations that automate ITSM, ITOM, and GRC workflows. Our team builds custom integrations, develops scalable applications on the Now Platform, and designs end-to-end digital employee experiences — all while ensuring compliance, security, and operational resilience for global enterprises.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and Creator Workflows using best practices.
- Build custom applications on the Now Platform using Glide Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Server Scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub for seamless data flow.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and reporting dashboards in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and document design decisions.
- Perform unit testing, conduct peer code reviews, and support UAT to ensure high-quality deployment across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
