ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal functionality and integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow applications.
• Participate in the deployment of ServiceNow updates and new features.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide API.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Understanding of web services (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices and ITIL framework.
• Ability to write scripts and create custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
