Role & responsibilities

Developing , installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
Integrating ServiceNow with other programs
Participating in requirement gathering, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
Creating and updating configuration documentation
Deploying solutions in test environments and ensuring quality
Performing platform upgrades and implementing best practices
Scripting in various areas like Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
Developing integrations with third-party tools using REST API and SOAP web services
Providing training and support to team members
