Job Description

  • 5+ years of Software Development experience and at least 4+ years of ServiceNow Applications Development or Product implementation experience
  • Experience in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules HRSD/ITSM/CSM/FSM/ITBM/Discovery/Service Mapping/GRC and experience in HRSD module is a plus
  • Experience in ServiceNow Back-End: creating Catalog Item, Record Producer, Client Scripts ,UI and Data Policies , Business Rules, UI Actions
  • Experience in ServiceNow Integration: Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps.
  • Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub using Flow Designer.
  • Understanding of DevOps Git/Automation Testing(Selenium)
  • Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics
  • Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.
  • Education and other skills:
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or relational functional field)
  • Working in US -India Overlapping Hours
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
  • Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training.
