Years of experience: 5 to 15 years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

Requisite:

5+ years of experience in IT industry and relevant on ServiceNow around 5 years.

Hands-on experience in technical implementation of any one of ITAM, CSM, HRSD Integrations & Custom applications.

Requirement gatherings, design solution and Update Set movement

Developed custom tables and mapping solutions for data structuring within ServiceNow

Designed and managed custom workflows for ITSM processes using Flow Designer, improving process efficiency and compliance.

Architected and implemented AIOps capabilities

Developed and customized ServiceNow Service Portals

Implement and maintain the ServiceNow platform to meet the business processes and support ITIL

CSA Certified
