Role & Responsibilities
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and other web technologies like HTML, CSS, and
XML.
- Must have 4+ years of experience exclusively in ServiceNow development,
and must have worked on multiple modules within the platform (e.g., ITSM,
CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Experience with scripting on the platform, including server-side
scripting (GlideScript) and client-side scripting.
- Proven experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with database concepts and a strong understanding of the
ServiceNow data model.
- GlideRecord in server-side scripts , script includes and Business Rules, while
GlideAjax is used in Client Scripts. As part of Business Rules, Client Scripts,
and Script Includes, we are asking questions regarding the usage of GlideAjax
GlideRecord , g_scratchpad
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer,
Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is
Highly Preferred. o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a specific module is a
plus
