Hand on experience in all client side and server side objects of ServiceNow like Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policy, Catalog UI Policy, BR, Script Include, ACL, Form Design, Form Layout changes, Workflows(with experience in using major activities in workflow along with activities used for orchestration),UI Action, Ui Context Menu, Transform Maps, configuring DS, writing Email scripts, Email notification, Email Templates, Field Styles, Dynamic Pages, Static Pages

Good-to-Have

Drive the work on an offshore and onsite model.

Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluating customers current ServiceNow implementation across multiple modules/applications & propose recommendation/solutions based on industry best practices to cater their pain areas & to improve the maturity
• score Design, develop, configure, and install technically-sound solutions using best practices in ServiceNow to solve complex, global business
• needs Create and maintain business rules using proven, advanced scripting techniques
• Create and maintain security access using ACLs via advanced scripts, roles, and conditions
• Effectively utilize multiple, complex UI policies
• Demonstrate hands on experience with multiple implementations of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and Now Platform applications
• Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
• Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable solutions
• Develop and maintain procedural documents relating to the management of the platform, preparing detailed Low level technical documents based on customer implementation
• Serve as a mentor to other team members and provide technical guidance to the process and management teams.
