Job Description

Role: ServiceNow developer

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Pune

Experience: 5-10 years

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs
  • ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
  • Workflow / Flow Designer / Integration Hub
  • Knowledge of ACLs, scripting, UI policies, client scripts

✅ Secondary Skills:

  • Integration using REST/SOAP
  • CMDB & Asset Management
  • ITOM basics (Discovery, Event Management – good to have)
  • Reporting & dashboards in ServiceNow
  • HTML/CSS (UI customization)
