Technical Competencies




ServiceNow Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the Now platform architecture, data model, and development best practices.

Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and XML.

ServiceNow APIs & Tools: Expertise with Glide Record API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflows, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL queries.

Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) are highly desirable.
