ServiceNow Developer / Solution Architect (IRM / GRC)

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll lead the design, configuration and enhancement of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions that underpin enterprise security risk management, governance, compliance and assurance. Working with security, assurance and business stakeholders, you'll deliver scalable workflows, enable users, document the process properly and keep improving the platform in step with where the business is heading.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

● Design and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC — Security Risk Assessments, Risk Management, Control Management and Audit.

● Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and solution designs.

● Configure forms, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and notifications.

● Build and maintain integrations, reports, dashboards and automated processes.

● Produce solution designs, technical documentation, user guides and training material.

● Work with security, assurance, governance and delivery teams to improve how the business operates.

● Support testing, defect resolution, deployment and go-live.

● Provide technical leadership, best-practice guidance and platform governance.

● Run root-cause analysis and drive continuous platform improvement.
