Servicenow Developer (SIR, Secops, VR)

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (SIR, Secops, VR)

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pan India (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement Snow SecOps solutions from scratch level.

2. Work on Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Threat Intelligence, and related SecOps modules.

3. Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, script includes ACLs, notifications, and integrations.

4. Develop and customize Snow applications based on customer requirements.

5. Perform enhancement, maintenance, and support activities for existing SecOps implementations.

6. Integrate Snow with third-party security tools such as Splunk, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, etc.

7. Work on MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and automation use cases.

8. Configure remediation workflows and orchestration activities for security operations.

9. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, technical documentation, and deployment activities.

10. Handle customer discussions, requirement analysis, estimations, and solution demonstrations.

11. Support upgrade activities, instance cloning, update set management, and release management.

12. Ensure platform security, performance optimization, and best practices implementation.

Required Skills:

1. Strong exp in Snow SecOps development and implementation.

2. Hands-on experience with:

-->Security Incident Response (SIR)
-->Vulnerability Response (VR)
-->Threat Intelligence
-->Integration Hub
-->Flow Designer
-->Snow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

3. Exp with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

4. Knowledge of security tools such as Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.

5. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB concepts.

6. Exp in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

7. Good knowledge of Snow best practices and platform architecture.
