Job Summary
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers for our Indian client. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, UI Builder, Service Portal and platform scripting. This is a remote role, with full-time, part-time or contractual opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Create and customise modern user experiences using UI Builder.
- Develop and customise Service Portal widgets and interfaces.
- Write JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts including Client Scripts, Business Rules and Script Includes.
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver reliable solutions.
- Follow platform best practices and development standards.
Required Technical Skills
- ServiceNow development across multiple modules.
- REST and SOAP integrations.
- Integration Hub.
- UI Builder.
- Service Portal and Widget Development.
- JavaScript.
- Client Scripts, Business Rules and Script Includes.
- Flow Designer.
- UI customisation and platform scripting.
- Troubleshooting and platform best practices.
AI Experience
- Exposure to Agentic AI or AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist or AI-driven workflow automation will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and development best practices.
Managerial Experience
Not Mandatory.
Operational Experience
- Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow issues.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business teams.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in any specialisation will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on ServiceNow development experience may also be considered based on project requirements.
Certifications
Relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory unless specified for a particular client project.
Experience
6–14 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and related technologies.
