Job Description

Responsibilities

8+ years experience working in Service Now, preferably
5 years experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow
Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, APIs)
Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
Experiencing in implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB
Familiar with UI/UX concepts.
