Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Configure and enhance core modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset Management, and Discovery.
Develop Service Catalog items, record producers, flow designer workflows, and automation scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration methods.
Maintain platform stability, perform upgrades, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Build and maintain CMDB data models, discovery patterns, and service mapping.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance problems, and defects.
Ensure platform security, including ACLs, roles, access controls, and data policies.
Deliver technical documentation, architectural diagrams, release notes, and user guides.
Work collaboratively in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
