ServiceNow Developer

-Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and modules including HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, GRC.

-Build Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, and UI Actions.

-Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

-Implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

-Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

-Perform debugging, performance tuning, and production support.

-Follow Agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.-
