Role Name: ServiceNow NowAssist Developer / Tech Lead/ Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions leveraging NowAssist, Agentic AI, AI Agents, and Virtual Agent.
• Build intelligent conversational experiences and automate business processes using GenAI capabilities.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, catalogs, and integrations.
• Develop and enhance chatbot, self-service, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience with NowAssist, Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and Virtual Agent.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience in ServiceNow platform customization, integrations, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Location: Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Chennai/ Kolkata/ Mumbai/ NCR/ (Pan Inda)

Experience Range: 4+ Years

Qualifications: Any UG/ PG (Full time and Regular)
