What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow Developer (Now Assist)

Experience Range: 4 – 12 Years

Location: Trivandrum

Must Have:

Role Summary:

Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop integrations using Integration Hub Spokes and Flow Designer
Build and maintain Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound integrations
Implement OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure integration patterns
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Workday, IAM, and third-party platforms
Develop reusable integration components and utilities
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript/Glide)
Experience with OAuth 2.0, API security, and error handling
Exposure to Workday Web Services / REST integrations
