Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Implement and optimize Now Assist capabilities including AI-powered summarization, Agent Assist, AI Search, and Knowledge Generation.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Configure automation using Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.
• Ensure platform performance, governance, security, and best practices.

Preferred Certifications:

• CSA, CAD, CIS
• ServiceNow Micro-Certification: Now Assist

Preferred Candidate:

Strong ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience in Now Assist/Generative AI implementations, platform customization, integrations, and enterprise automation solutions.
