Experience:

• Overall 6+ years of IT experience
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization
• Expertise in one or more of the above ServiceNow modules
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, workflows/Flow Designer, and platform best practices
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
