Job Description

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Leads for a long-term Contract-to-Hire engagement with a leading enterprise client.

Experience Required

• 6+ years of total IT experience
• 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and customization
• Experience working with modules such as:
• CSM
• ITSM
• TSOM
• Now Assist
• Hands-on experience in:
• CMDB
• REST APIs
• Virtual Agent
• Business Rules & Client Scripts
• Flow Designer
• OAuth & Authentication
• IRE
• Discovery

Interview Requirement

Candidates must have a ServiceNow PDI instance installed and configured on their laptop. Live hands-on demonstration through screen sharing will be part of the interview process.
