Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Work on ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB modules to deliver business solutions
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
  • Design and develop workflows, forms, scripts, and UI components
  • Write efficient client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide API
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Ensure performance, security, and usability standards within ServiceNow applications
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement of existing systems
  • Follow best practices for ServiceNow development and UI/UX standards
  • Participate in end-to-end development lifecycle including testing and deployment
