Job Description
- The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, flow designer, ACLs, and integrations.
- Experience in Agile methodology, effective troubleshooting, legal domain awareness, and compliance knowledge is preferred.
- CSA certification is a plus.
- Candidates must exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
