ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNOW ITSM/ITOM applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Discovery, Event Management, CMDB).
• Implement and optimize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Implement and manage ServiceNOW Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Participate in agile development processes (sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-ups).
